From your frequent visits here, you should know who Bjarki is by now. What you might not know about him is that at night he dresses up in fancy vintage synthesizers and becomes Northern Lights Orchestra, or NLO.
Bjarki just finished an NLO remix of Worm Is Green's single March On! for an EP containing the original song, 2 b-sides and remixes by The Esoteric Gender, Futuregrapher and Roger O'Donnell (Roger played keyboards in a little known but promising band called The Cure) and of course NLO.

This just in - Sanitas, Olafur's 6th album under the moniker Stafrænn Hákon is ready, and will be out on the 26th of February.
Well, we've heard it, and guess what? It's beautiful. 12 well written songs with great texture and catchy melodies. It's more poppy than we expected. In a good way.
That's all very nice and dandy, but now, of course you want proof. And here it is, 2 of the new songs ready for your listening pleasure. If you want them for your film or commercial work, you know who to call. (That would be us, in case you were not sure). Arnar's band, Leaves, have been following up their new album We Are Shadows, we went to see them live at NASA, and they put on a great show. So great, that we would actually like to share it with you here; here is the live version of 'Dragonflies', one of our favorite songs from the album:
Well, as some of you might know, it turned out to be a very popular single, which has now been released in 2 languages.
It didn't take long for Ebergand vocalist Rosa to join forces again, this time for a Nova Telecom spot, directed By Arni Jonsson for Republikand agency Dagur&Steini.
The inevitable happened. Feldberg was born.
The pressure to release the song as a single soon became enormous, and when this is written 'Don't be a stranger' has stayed for 4 weeks on the top 10 list, with now real signs of being on it's way out anytime soon.
Check out the commercial, and you will understand why. Very catchy indeed. This is one of the many happy collaborations where a commercial gives a song it's wings so that it can take off itself.

Leaves have a release date for their upcoming album 'We are Shadows' in Iceland, the 11th of May. 'We are Shadows' is their 3rd studio album, and it's a great album. If you are lucky enough to live in Iceland, you can see them play their new material at Sódóma Reykjavík tomorrow night.

After it's initial launch in Japan, today marks the release of Eberg's new album 'Antidote' in Iceland.

Empire:Total War has just been released by SEGA, to great critical acclaim. And why should this interest you? Well, part of the soundtrack was realized by none other than our own Piggio, and recorded with a live orchestra in London.
This is truly an epic game release, and we congratulate Lorenzo for his participation in it. We hope to have examples for you in his player before long, so make sure to check back.
